Hi charlotte x x, I'm afraid he doesn't see you as relationship material, and I don't think he ever will. At least not in the near future, really when you say "how can I make him notice me" let's face it you've known him for 10 years, and if you think you can suddenly make him notice you then I think you're walking the wrong way. There is no way you can make anyone like you if they don't want to. However if you try you might be able to get a friends relationship with him, so you might want to try that. But there are no guarantees here. He tells you that you're not pretty, and that is a horrible thing to say about a pretty 15-year-old girl. And I'm sorry you had to hear that. Anyway if you can get him as just a friend, then you get to talk with him. Personally I wouldn't want to be a friend to someone who could say that sort of thing to you. Take no notice of him he's an ignorant little guy, but you want him as a friend and I hope you get him, as long as you are happy with that. I wish you happiness.
