Cheek bitting habit!!?

You are damaging your protective lining in your mouth and over time, who knows how that will weaken your immunity in there against certain viruses. HPV causes mouth cancer and over 50% of the population has this virus but doesn't realize it. So it may attack your mouth lining if it's been weakened over time. I'm only guessing here but think about that and it may get you to stop. I'd be too scared to do it if I thought about that.
