How do i tell her that i love her?

i am a new student in my school and there is a girl who is very cute. how do i tell her and be her friend? the problem is that she sits in the other corner of the class and is always surrunded by her friends? how do i impress her? she dosen't know me. i cannot sit near her as all her friends sit with her and it would be awkward to sit there ... u know... if i sit here they may make fun of me.. help.. what should i do?
