I feel like i'm being followed...i'm scared?

i feel like someone or something is following me... i will see people out of the corner of my eye for a split second, they look angry, i herd a voice ONCE it said "it's gonna be okay" it sounded like a man, but i was home alone... i'm either insane or somethings really happening to me...
