Pandigital Black Tech Support Help?

Well,I got it for Christmas....and now I don't know how but a couple of months ago,it was just plain white with black and green lines in a curved corner area.Don't know how it happened cause it was being charged up and was on my dresser. It was turned off but when I turned it on,this happened! I need help FAST!
