Pregnant Gerbil Info?

I have a pregnant Gerbil and I was wondering... do ALL pregnant Gerbils have bubbleing stomachs? And... what do their nests look like (I need links if possible please)? My pregnant Gerbil just sits in a specific corner and eats and sits there a lot. I need some info please. Thanks:).
