What is difference between bachelor of accounting and bachelor of technology with specialization in accounting?

hi friends i would like to know what is difference between Bachelor of accounting and Bachelor of technology with specialization in accounting. Is there any difference in the value of both degree and even the scope of getting job when i complete either one of the degree. I have completed 3 year of bachelor of commerce from india and want to go further studies in united states but as all my india credits don't satisfy bachelor requirement in united states i have to do rest from here to get degree. I have applied in devry university but they give me this 2 option so confuse which one to select as bachelor of accounting degree takes very less credits from my past education and bachelor of technology takes more credit. Even also need to know if in future i want to do cpa or MBA which one is more preferable
